The heads above the bird is my favorite detail, like a skeleton crown floating over his (her?) head. The eyes are very drawn in and creepily dark looking, and even though the bird-reaper has a beak it looks like he's smirking and smiling demonically at me.
Someone I would probably not want to meet in a dark alleyway.
